Custom orders cannot be exchanged, canceled, or returned. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
If a furniture item delivered to you arrives damaged, please call us immediately. Retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by SofaStyleShop. We may require photos of any damage prior to processing your order. All claims for damage must be made within 3 days of receipt.
We recommend to insure every single shipment that is being arranged by the customer.
